Front Desk Receptionist
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, handling front desk responsibilities with a positive and welcoming attitude. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, this role includes responsibilities related to mail sorting, ordering business cards, invoicing, and creating employee badges.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage the visitor log and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
- Order and manage business cards for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist with invoicing by processing and tracking invoices, ensuring they are correctly recorded and sent out on time.
- Create and issue employee badges, ensuring proper identification and access control.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency of the department.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a receptionist.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a receptionist.
- Experience using Smartsheet.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
